Clients are likewise expected to treat our valuation methodologies, reports, and other intellectual property as confidential.
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Darling Aguilar and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Valuation reports and other deliverables provided to clients are for the client's use only. Darling Aguilar retains ownership of the intellectual property rights in the methodologies, formats, and templates used in creating these deliverables. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our reports without our written permission, except for the specific purpose for which the report was commissioned.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darling Aguilar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Valuation reports are based on information available at the time of preparation and market conditions prevailing at that time. We do not accept liability for any losses arising from changes in market conditions or from reliance on our reports for purposes other than those for which they were prepared.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Darling Aguilar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service Agreement entered into between Darling Aguilar and the client, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
